WLA Privacy Statement

- Click here to complete our Online Borrower Registration. On the form, you'll indicate which Wayne County, Pennsylvania library will be your home library. Within two weeks, stop in at that home library with ID and proof of residency. The staff will complete your registration, and you'll get your card. If you are an out-of-state resident, you may complete the Online form, and when you stop in you can pay either $15 for a year or $5 for a month of access to all library resources.
- Stop in at one of the libraries in either Wayne County, Pennsylvania or Pike County, Pennsylvania and fill out a registration form. Bring proof of local residency or property ownership with you when you apply (a local driver's license, recent property tax bill, utility bill, apartment lease, locally addressed mail, etc.). You'll receive your card after it is processed, and that card is good at nine libraries (seven libraries in Wayne County, Pennsylvania and two libraries in Pike County, Pennsylvania).
