The Newfoundland Area Public Library hosts movies in the Carlton Drake Memorial Park during the summer/fall months to raise a little money for the library and offer a fun community event for all ages! Please join us as we enjoy some good movies and popcorn under the stars in Newfoundland's beautiful park!

$5 suggested donation at entry is appreciated; proceeds support the library! Refreshments available for purchase at every event. Bring your own chairs or blankets. This is not a drive-in event; please be prepared to sit in the grass. Parking available behind the old True Value--where the Farmer's Market is on Saturdays. In case of rain, the event will be held the same night in an indoor location. We are now accepting sponsorships for movie nights! Public performance licenses are needed to legally show movies to the public, which can cost anywhere from $300-$500 per movie depending on the title.
